We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Lead to champion the Casey Leisure brand and increase participation across our programs, services, and events on a Fixed-Term Contract for 12 months. Our facilities welcome millions of visitors annually—this is your chance to make a significant impact. As Marketing Lead, you will design and implement an annual marketing plan that drives engagement. Your responsibilities include web design, campaign content creation, and ensuring our communications are compelling, consistent, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver an annual marketing and advertising plan. Drive multi-channel marketing activities to boost participation and revenue. Track campaign performance and provide reports. Support the sales team with data insights, forecasts, and campaign tools.
2. Customer Communication & Brand Presence: Create and manage content across digital and physical channels. Oversee websites to ensure content quality and consistency. Collaborate with department teams on campaigns.
3. Service Excellence & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure all communication aligns with Aligned Leisure's customer charter. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Experience in marketing and communications
* Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience in web design (preferred, but not essential)
* Must pass relevant pre-employment checks such as a Police Check and maintain a current Working with Children check
* Willingness to attain first aid and CPR qualifications
