* Minimum 3+ years of technology consulting or customer experience across product areas such as financials, procurement, asset lifecycle management, HR & payroll, property & rating, or enterprise budgeting.
* Strong configuration, implementation, and reporting skills within technology platforms.
* Solid understanding of business domains, including financial accounting, management accounting, and HR & payroll.
* Excellent business process and business analysis skills.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to multi-task, self-manage, and effectively manage time.
