**About our Opportunity**
An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Credit Officer to join our multinational organisation. As a valued Credit Officer, you'll have a customer-focused approach when performing accounts receivable tasks including managing collections and outstanding debt, you are critical to contributing to the optimal cash flow of the business.
In addition, you will:
- Make outbound collection calls
- Assist customers with their enquiries
- Allocate daily cash and reconciliation to statement
- Reconcile key accounts
- Banking and month end reporting
**About You**
We're looking for a team player who will contribute to a positive work environment, you'll be cooperative and pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service. We're looking to leverage your minimum 2 years experience in AR reconciliation and collections, you'll have open and transparent communication, and you need to have the ability and confidence to cultivate positive relationships and the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups.
In addition, you will bring:
- SAP experience, is highly desirable however can be trained
- Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or building industry, highly desirable
