Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest waste and recycling companies in the country. Due to continued growth our client based in Jandakot is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional service to the business by welcoming all clients, visitors and guests in a friendly manner
- Photocopying, filing binding, laminating documents when required
- Use the finance system for all purchasing, invoicing, debtor's collection and general accruals
- Preparation of drivers run sheets
- Processing driver run confirmations both internal/external
- Assist with other clerical tasks as requested
- Monthly reporting
- Assist Site Manager with adhoc reporting requirements
About you
- Microsoft Office experience (essential)
- Strong customer service and call centre experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
