As Sales Manager for our Genesis Perth Showcase, you will lead and inspire the sales team, oversee day‐to‐day showroom operations, drive the achievement of sales targets, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
You will also demonstrate strong people leadership, coaching and developing your team while setting clear expectations and fostering a high‐performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
* Implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the Genesis brand's premium positioning and customer‐centric approach.
* Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the Showcase Principal.
* Oversee customer interactions, ensuring each customer receives a personalised and high‐quality experience throughout their journey.
* Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
* Organise and lead daily sales meetings to review performance, set daily objectives, and maintain team motivation.
* Assist in managing the sales budget, optimising resources to ensure cost‐effective operations.
About you
* 2–3 years' experience in automotive sales management preferably with luxury brands.
* Knowledge of sales processes and mentoring individuals and teams to success.
* Ability to shift and change strategies in the dynamic environment of automotive retail.
* Find opportunities for growth and analyse strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
* Results‐driven, commercially minded and take ownership of your remit.
* Encourage, develop, and coach your team to success with the ability to motivate them to achieve targets.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
