We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in driving business growth and success for our franchise partners.


The Role

As a Franchise Business Growth Strategist, you will work closely with franchisees across our network, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives and improve their overall performance.

This is a hands-on and high-impact role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with franchisees and other stakeholders.

* Develop and implement business growth strategies and plans aligned with the brand's overall direction and vision.
* Provide regular coaching and mentoring to franchisees to help them improve their business performance and achieve their goals.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the brand's values, operational excellence, and long-term growth strategy.
* Collaborate with franchisees to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these challenges.

You will be responsible for managing competing priorities and deadlines, while demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.


What You Bring

* 5+ years' experience in business development and network support preferably within a national franchising, property, or professional services-related business.
* Proven ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence outcomes to meet strategic KPIs.
* Natural drive to lead, support, and turn strategic plans into tangible results.
* Experience working in a smaller support office environment with a hands-on approach.
* Understanding of the reactive and ever-changing nature of franchising within the Australian marketplace.
* Ability to excel with autonomy, creating structure where needed and seizing initiative.
* Resilience, agility, and commercial acumen to make smart decisions and adapt quickly.
* Understanding of the franchisor-franchisee dynamic coupled with a single-minded focus on achieving strategic objectives.
