Job Title: Brand Development Manager
A challenging role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and engage target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the annual marketing plan in line with organizational objectives.
2. Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
3. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign creation and execution.
4. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
5. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and manage PR events.
6. Act as a company spokesperson when necessary.
7. Oversight of promotional and marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
8. Messaging alignment with brand voice and business goals.
9. Management of company website, social media platforms, and email marketing strategies.
10. Monitoring and analysis of online engagement and campaign performance metrics.
11. Coordination of logistics, promotional activities, and post-event analysis.
12. Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience profiling to identify trends and opportunities.
13. Recommend and implement improvements based on insights.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in a marketing and communications role, preferably in Hospitality Industry.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media relations, and brand management.
* Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
* Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies/vendors.
* Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and social media management.
