Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
We are looking for passionate and resilient individuals who can provide direct care and support to people with a disability with all activities of daily living, including domestic duties, personal care, social support, medication assistance, manual handling, transport, meals, and attending appointments.
The role also requires the establishment and maintenance of positive relationships with all key stakeholders, including clients, families, guardians, and involved services.
Essential criteria for this position include a current unrestricted driver's license, current First Aid certificate, and a reliable vehicle with current registration and comprehensive car insurance.
Desirable criteria include relevant industry qualifications, experience working in the community services sector, and demonstrated experience supporting individuals with mental health, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
