**Are you a passionate PCW looking to secure a permanent position within a leading national Aged Care provider?** With endless career progression opportunities, our client is seeking PCWs from all levels of experience to provide support to their residents in their 120-bed Aged Care facility located in Colac.
You will be working within a close multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the residents, observing changes in residents' conditions and escalating any concerns

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting

- Residential Aged Care facilities located in Colac
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents
