About the Role:
* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior leaders
* Screen and triage correspondence, escalating urgent matters appropriately
* Draft, prepare and manage correspondence and documentation as required
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to internal committees and working groups
* Coordinate communication and correspondence across the executive office
* Maintain filing systems, office organisation, and confidential records
* Provide secretariat support and coordination for events and documentation
* Manage travel bookings and accommodation for senior leaders
* Maintain diary systems, track commitments, and ensure follow-ups are actioned
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
* A flexible and proactive approach to changing priorities
