We are currently hiring for Residential Youth Workers in Ipswich, Forest Lakes, and South Brisbane regions.
As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be responsible for providing trauma-informed support to Children and Young People.
You will work with a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality services and make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
* Provide care and support to young people in residential settings
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve desired outcomes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people and their families
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred support to young people
* Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised plans
* Maintain accurate and timely records
Requirements:
* Certificate IV qualification in a Child/Youth/Community Service related field (or equivalent)
* Current Blue Card
* Current National Police Check
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
