The Centre provides a wide range of programs and activities, including Learn to Swim, Group Fitness, Recreational Swimming, Health and Fitness, Stadium and Squash hire.
The main goal of the YMCA is to provide opportunities for all people to be more active, more often and help them reach their personal fitness goals.

We value teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement and are passionate about connecting communities with physical activity.You will play a key role within the leadership team, driving the performance outcomes for the health and fitness team while providing a high quality and robust programming schedule, focusing on driving participation and member retention.In this role you will oversee our health club and group fitness programs portfolios.
You will be a considered decision maker and will be able to manage a multitude of tasks utilising good time management and organisational skills.You will also assist the centre manager by working as part of the Manager on Duty roster, where they provide support to customers and staff across all areas of the facility.This is a full-time position with an annual salary of $64,833 plus super and Y benefits.About YouThis role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their health and wellness career or move into recreation from a leadership role in another industry.
