Job Description
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with local farmers, primary producers, and trade customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
* Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives to drive branch performance
* Accurately processing counter sales, managing stock levels, and performing regular stocktakes
* Handling goods dispatch and receipt, including loading/unloading trucks and completing local deliveries
* Maintaining compliance with safety policies and ensuring safe handling of hazardous substances
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous exposure to agriculture or rural merchandise sales
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
* Practical experience in stock control, inventory processes, and warehouse operations
