* Providing general advice on non-contentious employment law matters.
* Reviewing, drafting, and updating standard employment documents.
* Supporting clients and advising on recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and employee terminations.
* Managing employment litigation matters and collaborating with external counsel when necessary.
