Offer description

We are currently looking for a Member Services Representative to join us in our Orange office on a part time basis.

If you are self-motivated, passionate about delivering great customer service, enjoy a fun team environment and have a background in business administration then we would love to hear from you.

Master Builders is the leading industry association in NSW. We are chartered with representing and furthering the interests of those in the building and construction industry.

We offer advice and support to assist our members with the day to day running of their businesses. This includes safety, legal, industrial relations, insurance, apprenticeship and training.

We are looking for someone who first and foremost is a good cultural fit for our team. We value attitude over experience and prefer to hire people who align with our values.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform reception duties, counter enquiries and office administration.
* Provide ongoing support to the Regional Coordinator in the delivery of membership services, events and training.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to members and industry stakeholders both face to face and over the phone.
* Conduct a service orientated approach to membership retention and growth.
* Provide high level internal & external customer service.
* Perform lead generation activities to generate interest for membership, products and services.

Key Attributes

* Be self motivated and display an ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Personable phone manner with a customer centric approach
* High proficiency in Office 365.
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Experience in CRM & accounting systems.
* Ability to adapt and prioritise daily tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

* Certificate III in Business Administration or above is preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of business administration experience.
* Experience in customer service is preferred.
