Part time Casual min 15 hours per week

The position of Office Administration consists of planning, initiating, and coordinating day to day office duties in the Information Technology (IT) business world.

Our Client is looking for an Office Administrator to coordinate day-to-day admin, project activities, including simple tasks and larger plans. You will manage admin, assist on certain assignments, and communicate progress to all team members.

The Role:

* Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operational activities. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the operations team. Coordinate with all team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
* Provide administrative duties to the business and team, including drafting correspondence, organising files, customer service, and managing documents. Prepare reports, and other materials as needed.
* Create long standing relationships with based on trust and capability with Clients.
* Accurate logging of time and activities with client and business based platforms (Xero).
* Grow the relationship with clients.
* Assist in ordering and replenishing inventory items as necessary. Coordinate logistics for various operational activities, such as shipments, deliveries, and transportation.
* Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to operations in a professional and timely manner. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving problems and meeting customer needs.

About You

* Knowledge of MS Office and Xero.
* Knowledge of ICT Communications infrastructure projects is a bonus (Structured Cabling and Network)
* Thorough understanding of profitable quoting and accounting.
* High attention to detail and quality documentation.
* Ability to demonstrate effective listening and professional communication skills with all stakeholders at all times.
