About the Role
As a All Rounder Chef/Cook, you will play a key role in daily kitchen operations, overseeing your designated section and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every plate served. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards and contribute to menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute all tasks within your assigned section with precision and consistency
* Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to the restaurant's quality standards
* Maintain strong food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
* Support menu development and introduce creative presentation ideas
* Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
* Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
* Uphold a positive, professional, and quality-driven kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in a similar All Rounder Chef/Cook role
* Strong culinary foundation and understanding of kitchen operations
* Excellent attention to detail and passion for innovative food presentation
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
* A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented work ethic
