Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Centre Manager based on the Gold Coast to join a leading property investment and funds management group with a strong presence across Australia's core real estate sectors. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing retail property assets, leading teams, and driving operational and financial outcomes in a corporate property setting.

As Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a small portfolio of retail assets, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and optimal investment returns. You will lead a centre management team, manage budgets, and drive initiatives to increase asset value and sustainability. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a focus on customer service excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and support the centre management team to achieve organisational outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day centre operations, WHS compliance, and financial targets.
• Prepare and deliver annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly P&L reports.
• Drive initiatives to increase net operating income and supplementary income.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and drive customer service excellence.
• Lead emergency, crisis, and risk management training and response.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in shopping centre management or retail property.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency in property management accounting systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, team motivation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive operational outcomes and foster a positive team culture.
