You will partner with Program Specialists to ensure smooth communication and administration, providing teachers and students with memorable experiences.The role involves building relationships with customers and our sales team, managing scheduled tasks, and delivering high customer service, especially before travel departures. You will coordinate across departments and play a key role in program success.RESPONSIBILITIESEngage proactively with teachers and Program Specialists to prepare customers for travel.Handle calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and solutions.Track deadlines and remind teachers accordingly.Review and adjust traveller accounts, coordinating with finance.Assist with travel requirements and rooming arrangements.Manage flight deviation requests.Create promotional materials like presentations and itineraries.Coordinate with operations, flights, program management, and other teams.Collaborate on resources with marketing and product teams.Support sales with pre-sales administration, quotes, and proposals.WHO YOU AREPassionate about travel and educationProven sales and performance achievementExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProblem-solving ability and resilienceSelf-motivated and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new softwareCapable of multitasking and prioritizingPosition based in Essendon North, with flexible arrangements post-probationUniversity degree preferredOUR VALUES AND CULTUREAct as one team with integrity and inclusionDeliver exceptional customer resultsEmbed education and learning in our workCare for our people and communitiesFocus on transforming lives through travelBe self-motivated, industrious, optimistic, and creativeJoin us to craft memorable learning journeys.
