You'll also assist with:
Coordinating contract reviews and approvals
Tracking contractual obligations and key documentation
Supporting alignment between contractual requirements and Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance obligations
Liaising with external legal advisors where required
Maintaining contract registers and commercial records
Supporting improvements to internal systems, templates and processes
Assisting Directors with practical commercial and risk coordination tasks
This role plays an important part in strengthening EDGE's internal commercial processes and supporting proactive project governance across the business.
Executive Support
Alongside the commercial coordination function, you'll provide high‐level support to senior leadership.
This includes:
Managing calendars, schedules and priorities for the MD
Coordinating meetings, leadership sessions and business activities
Preparing agendas, reports, presentations and meeting minutes
Organising travel, accommodation and itineraries (domestic and international)
Assisting with confidential and sensitive matters
Supporting day‐to‐day operational flow and urgent business priorities
Maintaining professional communication with clients and external stakeholders
You'll play a key role in helping leadership stay organised, responsive and focused.
About You
You're highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‐paced professional environment.
You enjoy being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes, can communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and bring a calm, solutions‐focused approach to your work.
You may come from a background in:
Commercial or contracts coordination
Executive Assistant or senior administration support
Legal administration or professional services coordination
Engineering, construction or consultancy environments
Most importantly, you bring initiative, professionalism and strong attention to detail.
Experience & Qualifications
The following experience will be highly regarded:

Experience supporting Directors or senior leadership teams
Exposure to contracts, legal or commercial documentation
