About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Assistant to join our Queanbeyan team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This hands-on role covers everything from assembly, repairs, equipment preparation to general workshop/warehouse assistance. If you enjoy variety and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this role offers great stability and long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble, set up, prepare and repair customised equipment
* Load and unload equipment and deliveries safely
* Sanitise, clean, and charge equipment returned from trial or hire
* Maintain demo areas, equipment, and accessories in excellent condition
* Assist with client site deliveries
* Collaborate effectively with sales, workshop, and warehouse teams
* Perform general ad hoc duties to support workshop and warehouse operations
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a workshop or warehouse environment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with hand tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer literacy
* Current Driver's Licence
* Valid Forklift Licence
