Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our concrete operations at Seymour. This key management role directs all aspects of site operations, including plant and equipment needs.
This diverse role includes managing existing customer relations and expanding sales across the region. You will also be involved in hands-on duties such as concrete batching and loader operations as required.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding people skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to motivate and achieve. Excellent computer, administration, and reporting skills are essential.
Additionally, you will need to demonstrate a positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work in a team environment. Total commitment to work safety, quality, and compliance is also required.
