We’re looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team in Project Management, Coordination and Administration roles. Whether you’re an experienced Project Manager, an emerging Project Coordinator or a skilled Project Administrator, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team delivering high‑quality builds across WA.
You’ll be involved in projects from concept through to completion, helping us deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients while contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Project Manager
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning through to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules and contracts to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors to coordinate works.
- Prepare and review tender submissions, progress claims and project documentation.
- Lead project teams, monitor site performance, and uphold safety, quality and compliance standards.
- Support project managers in planning, budgeting and scheduling.
- Coordinate consultants, suppliers and contractors, ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders.
- Track project progress, assist with procurement, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes and updates for project stakeholders.
- Contribute to tender preparation, cash flow and progress tracking.
Project Administrator
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, purchase orders and correspondence.
- Liaise with consultants, councils and suppliers to support project approvals and compliance.
- Maintain office operations, records and reporting systems.
- Assist with client communications, RFIs, and general administration to ensure smooth project delivery.
