**Our Team**
Dalkeith Heights & Gardens in Traralgon offers both Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care on site. We're seeking a **Customer Service / Administrative Officer** on a **casual basis** to provide shift coverage across both settings. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator or receptionist wanting flexible work while making a meaningful contribution to a supportive and resident-focused environment.
**The Role - Casual Shift Cover**:
- Perform front desk and reception duties across both the retirement village and aged care facility
- Provide administrative support to site managers and teams as required
- Assist with tours of the facility and village when requested
- Maintain office records and supplies
- Support scheduling of meetings, site events or training sessions when on shift
**About You**:
- Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Able to work across both retirement living and aged care environments
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Friendly and empathetic, with a genuine interest in working with older people
- Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice preferred
- Compliance with required immunisations (e.g. annual flu vaccine)
