A busy Tweed Heads cafe is looking for an experienced Barista to join the team. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following
* Proven Barista Skills with fast paced, high volume coffee making
* Able to complete other responsibilities around the cafe
* English Speaking
* Exceptional customer service standards is essential
* Impeccable and professional communication skills
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
* An eye for cleanliness and perfection
* Be available to work a rotating roster, 7 Days, 6AM to 4PM
* Immediate start
* Minimum 2 years Barista experience
* Working Rights within Australia
