**What will I be doing?**
- You will be supporting customers with their account, actively listening to their query and clearly articulating how we can help them.
- Problem solving and assisting customers with troubleshooting, billing and payments.
- Directing them to further support or educating them to use our self-service platforms.
- Comfortable with face to face interaction and/or making the occasional phone call to our customers
- Complete virtual training on sales & customer service training
- Confidently multitasking on a computer across multiple platforms while talking to customers.

**Hourly Rate: $33.50 Per hour + super.**

Our Retail recruitment process is super simple, submit your CV and you will be invited to complete a talent assessment, which takes around 15 minutes to complete.
