The role of Deployment Technician is crucial in supporting these efforts. As part of our team, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that all end-user devices are correctly configured, tested, and deployed according to our standards.
Your key responsibilities will include device configuration activities such as device imaging and software deployment, installing specific components, performing stock picking, asset application of devices, packaging and data entry, assisting with deploying, imaging, and decommissioning bulk computer spaces, undertaking onsite delivery and deployment activities including physical unboxing of goods, device setup, software transfer and configuration, and cable management.
To excel in this role, you should be detail-oriented and proactive, currently studying or have completed a Certificate or higher course related to Information Technology, passionate about IT, have an above-average understanding of MacOS and Windows OS, experience in fast-paced customer service, retail, and/or operations roles, construction Induction (White Card) is highly desirable, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, a strong professional attitude and conduct, and the ability to work well within a team.
