Telstra Business Technology Centre (TBTC) provides Communications and ICT solutions to small and medium Telstra business customers. The TBTC network is part of a fully branded Telstra channel designed to provide professional services to support business customers to integrate tailored tech solutions. That means less time troubleshooting tech, and more time taking care of business.As a Sales and Service Consultant you will be responsible for managing customer service and sales enquiries and provisioning orders for Telstra's medium business and business plus customers. You will have exceptional customer service, administration, and time management skills with the ability to trouble shoot and manage multiple deadlines and priorities whilst committing to customer excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional customer service to new and existing Telstra medium and Business plus customersProcessing and provisioning all customer orders.Meet and great customers who visit the TBTC.Managing the sales and ordering processManaging Point of sale (POS) in the TBTC including cash handling and order processing.Handle inbound customer service and simplex sales queries by phone & face to face.QualificationsLocated near Bunbury (Western Australia)Minimum 2 years in a customer service, sales administration, or provisioning roleTelco or ICT experienceUnderstand the business plus and Telstra SMB customer.Provisioning experience and understanding of O2A processExperience with Mobile, Broadband, Cisco, Microsoft and Checkpoint products and solutionsIf this opportunity sounds like a perfect fit for you, we'd encourage you to apply!
