About the Role
We are looking for a part time Learning & Development Coordinator to organise our training and workshop logistics, help keep our learning management system (Cornerstone) up to date, keep on top of team inboxes and provide support across a busy team working on exciting projects that make a real difference.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, You Will
- Support the delivery of in‑house learning & development training and workshops, including scheduling, room bookings, communication with attendees, catering, logistics and liaising with external training providers.
- Administer departmental learning management and workforce systems, maintain accurate training records for all internal and external training and support employees with queries where needed.
- Monitor People and Culture inboxes, responding to queries as required and triaging any complex matters to the People and Culture team.
- Support the delivery of People and Culture projects and initiatives by providing administrative support for OD projects and to the Director People and Culture, and collaborating and building strong working relationships across the Organisational Development and Human Resources teams.

Remuneration
Competitive salary ASO3 $67,589 to $72,033 (for 1.0 FTE) p.a. plus superannuation

Special Conditions
- The role will be offered part‑time (0.4 FTE – 0.6 FTE) basis for up to 24 months
- Satisfactory Department of Human Services Criminal History Check or National Police Check (NPC)
