Position Overview
At Lighthouse, we acquire and support exceptional businesses in the residential services industry —and technology enablement is core to our model. As an Integration Specialist, you'll lead the rollout of CRM and ERP implementation, across newly acquired operating companies (OpCos). You'll be one of the first faces our new teams meet and will guide them through a smooth and efficient technology transition.
This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable diving into software, training diverse teams, and operating in high-change environments. You'll work closely with office staff, field technicians, and company leaders, becoming a trusted partner throughout the integration process.

Key Responsibilities
Own End-to-End ServiceTitan Implementations
Guide new OpCos through the transition onto Lighthouse's shared ServiceTitan instance—handling configuration, onboarding, and go-live support.
Train Field and Office Teams
Deliver hands-on, tailored training to CSRs, dispatchers, technicians, and GMs. Break down complex workflows into clear, accessible steps.
Develop Repeatable Resources
Build and refine integration playbooks, onboarding checklists, SOPs, and templates to ensure each new integration improves upon the last.
Act as a Liaison and Problem Solver
Serve as the connection point between OpCo teams and Lighthouse leadership. Identify pain points, propose workflow improvements, and troubleshoot system issues in real time.
Support On-site Transitions
Travel to OpCo locations for key integration milestones (typically for 1–2 weeks per site). Support everything from data validation to live training sessions.
Gather feedback post-integration, help evaluate suggested changes to our playbook, and work to scale best practices across all OpCos.
What We're Looking For
Experience with ServiceTitan or Similar CRM/ERP Tools
Ideally you've worked directly with ServiceTitan, or other field ops platforms—and understand how to configure, use, and teach them.
A Track Record of Leading or Supporting Rollouts
You've been involved in system transitions or implementations before and know how to manage timelines, people, and edge cases.
Strong Communication and Teaching Skills
You know how to meet people where they are—whether training a veteran technician or a new dispatcher. You're patient, empathetic, and persuasive.
High Adaptability and Drive
You're energized by change, ambiguity, and growth. You're ready to travel regularly and thrive in high-urgency settings.
Industry or Operational Familiarity (a Plus)
Experience working in or around trades, residential services, field operations, or SMBs is a big plus.
