Project Architect
We are seeking a skilled Project Architect to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects across multi-residential, hotel and co-living sectors.
* The ideal candidate will have expertise in Class 2 & Class 3 project management, with a strong understanding of the design and construction process.
* A key focus area will be on documentation packages, drawing quality and issue control, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards.
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and manage approvals pathways.
* Mentorship is also an essential aspect of this role, as you will be responsible for guiding graduates and intermediate professionals, setting standards for documentation and delivery.
