Seeking a Senior Men's Head Coach for the 2026 season and beyond. This position requires experience coaching senior rugby and strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead two training sessions per week during the season.
* Oversee pre-season training and preparation.
* Coach and manage the senior men's team during Saturday afternoon games (home and away).
* Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, team managers, and club leadership.
* Promote a positive culture within the playing group.

* Experience coaching senior rugby preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills essential.
* Passionate about community rugby and player development.
* Available for evening trainings and Saturday matches.
