The role is suited for an energetic leader ready to command both strategy and action. As the Team Leader / State Manager, direct engagement with electrical contractors and wholesalers will be combined with leading a high-performing team, delivering successful lighting projects across a variety of sectors. This is more than a management role – it’s a chance to shape the market presence of a major player and advance both your own career and those of your colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales by strengthening relationships with electrical contractors and project stakeholders
- Develop and manage strong connections within the electrical wholesale channel
- Mentor, support and grow the team to achieve sales and customer service excellence
- Take ownership of key accounts while consistently achieving personal and team KPIs
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to long-term strategic direction
What we are looking for
- Strong existing contacts across electrical contractors in Victoria
- A proven track record of success in the electrical or lighting industry
- In-depth understanding of the electrical wholesale channel
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team
- Commercial acumen, with the drive to achieve both individual and business growth targets
