The Opportunity
As a member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for producing our multi-beverage portfolio of drinks. We are seeking Subject Matter Experts (SME's) across our various high-speed packaging equipment.
In this role you will take ownership for the quality output and optimisation of your area ensuring that you work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
What You'll Do
In this role you will utilize various high-speed automated packaging equipment to execute our daily/weekly/monthly targets, aligned to our manufacturing plan including all deliverables and improvement initiatives as well as:
* Achieve daily company compliance GMP and HACCP standards.
* Facilitate effective problem solving.
* Drive continuous improvement activities on the production lines.
What's in your toolkit?
To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for someone is outcome focused with a positive can-do attitude as well as:
* Extensive FMCG beverage manufacturing experience.
* Lean manufacturing industry experience.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Trade Certificate - Electrical/Mechanical (desirable).
* Attention to detail and results focused.
