The Role:
Take all initial enquiries, work through leads and register EOI's
Present purchasers with options available (in stock) and also the choice of facades, layouts and colour schemes
Sell Land, and proactively work with Builders to produce Packages to go-to-market
Understand and assess client's needs & provide suitable solutions
Attend launch & networking events that showcase the Estate
Negotiate and close sales
About You:
Experience with Masterplanned projects, selling New Homes and/or Land
Ideally have Builder relationships in the region
Proactive, enjoy jumping on the phones and socializing around the site to draw people in
Required to work weekends
Knowledge of, and living local to, the Hunter Valley
