About the Role
As a Locksmith at TCL Security, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing high-quality locksmith services.
* Providing emergency callout services on a shared roster.
* Installing and maintaining access control systems.
* Assisting with customer enquiries and providing expert advice.
* Working independently and as part of a team to solve problems efficiently.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Self-motivation and a commitment to quality workmanship.
* Experience in access control systems (an advantage).
* Cert III in Locksmithing (3rd or 4th-year apprentices encouraged to apply).
* QLD Security Licence (Class 2) for security advisory and equipment installation.
* QLD General Construction Induction (White Card).
* A valid Driver's Licence.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
