About the Role
This position is responsible for leading technology aspects of audit projects within a medium to high complexity range. The role involves risk assessment, control evaluation, and strategic recommendation provision.
A key focus will be on managing technology audit teams and effectively engaging with senior management and stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication skills are required to ensure the successful delivery of complex technical audits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure risk identification is performed effectively, reducing scope where possible without compromising assurance provision.
* Contribute to the development of the annual IA plan and resource allocation based on business area risk profiles.
* Deliver appropriate assurance through quality audit reports supported by relevant evidence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess sound technology audit skills, including expertise in security, cloud, APIs, CI/CD, network, infrastructure, and platform areas. Strong communication and report-writing skills are essential for success in this role.
A deep understanding of banking and finance industry knowledge, along with experience in program management reviews and familiarity with Agile and waterfall approaches, is highly desirable.
