Real Estate & Property Real Estate - Other Gold Coast Permanent / Full Time Posted: 9/4/2026 $90,000-$90,000 p/a Support lease administration and financial processes for a major retail centre Engage with retailers and stakeholders to ensure smooth centre operations Contribute to compliance, reporting, and efficient office administration Property Network of Australia is seeking a Property Assistant to join a leading retail property group focused on delivering high-quality shopping centre experiences and efficient property management. This organisation is committed to operational excellence and supporting the growth of its retail partners. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience in property administration, lease compliance, and financial processes within a retail property environment. You will play a key role in supporting the Property Administration Manager, ensuring accurate lease setups, billing, arrears management, and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include supporting financial performance, maintaining accurate tenancy schedules, assisting with arrears collection, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also be the first point of contact for stakeholder enquiries and contribute to the efficient running of the centre management office. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with lease administration, billing, and tenancy schedule updates Support arrears collection and maintain accurate tenant ledger accounts Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and stakeholders Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements Provide office administration support and greet visitors professionally Assist with accounts payable, contractor inductions, and incident reporting The ideal candidate will have: At least 1 year of administration experience, preferably in retail property Strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Strong time management and prioritisation abilities If you think this role is for you and you have the required experience (as detailed above) then please do not hesitate to contact Eddie Reed by submitting your CV and a covering letter and they will be in touch with more information on the role and our client.
