Role Description
Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Northern Australia) Ltd. is seeking a creative, dynamic, and committed Secondary Teacher to join the team at Carlisle Adventist College.
This is a full-time teaching position, with a priority focus on:
* Religion & Ethics (Senior Secondary)
The role may also include the opportunity to teach Design & Technology (Manual Arts / Woodwork) depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
This position presents an exciting opportunity to grow and strengthen our Food Technology program, while contributing to a holistic and engaging secondary learning experience for students.

* Hold a relevant teaching qualification (degree level)
* Be eligible for registration with the Queensland College of Teachers

Active involvement in the Seventh-day Adventist Church would be highly regarded.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience or a strong interest in Food Technology and/or Religion & Ethics
* Demonstrate a passion for hands-on, engaging learning experiences
* (Desirable) Have the capacity or willingness to teach Design & Technology (Manual Arts)
* Possess excellent communication and relational skills
* Be able to differentiate teaching to meet diverse student needs
* Contribute positively to a Christ-centred learning environment

The salary range, depending on years of experience, is approximately $88,000 to $126,000 before tax and excluding superannuation.
