Accounting Graduate – Real Estate

The Role
You will be a motivated, hard-working individual with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, and always put the client first. This role suits someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team, and who is willing to take initiative.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Managing trust accounting processes
* Daily banking, invoicing, and reconciliations
* Reviewing contracts and managing documentation
* Supporting the property management and sales divisions
* Assisting property managers, owners, and tenants with account queries
* Providing exceptional customer service, including client call-backs
* Travelling between offices as required
* Assisting with audits and court processes
* Conducting viewings as required
* Upholding professional and compliance standards
Previous real estate experience is not essential. We are looking for motivated, eager, and passionate individuals — training will be provided for the right candidate.
