Customer Service Representative
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure seamless interactions for guests and owners alike.
Provide information on local area attractions and complete all department-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
* Greet and register owners and guests, utilizing excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish commonality.
* Meet targets and key performance indicators set by the business, driving sales appointments for our resort locations.
* Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a smooth transition through the check-in process.
* Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, promoting continual growth and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a genuine interest in the local area.
* A previous hotel position holder with strong interpersonal skills, able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, along with high levels of computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.
* Prior experience with a property management system is advantageous, but not essential.
