Our site houses the 'Loaves and Fishes Restaurant', serving disadvantaged individuals with free meals daily.

About the Role
You will lead three teams: Facilities, Food Services, and Volunteering.
The Facilities team ensures our assets and facilities are fit for purpose, maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The Food Services team prepares, serves, and delivers up to 2000 daily meals, seven days a week.
The Volunteering team coordinates volunteers across all locations and departments.
As the leader, you will drive a collaborative culture, delivering quality services, implementing continuous process improvements, and ensuring training and mentorship.
You will work with your teams to maintain operational standards, reduce costs, analyze performance, and negotiate contracts.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
