As a UI/UX Designer, you\'ll be at the forefront of this innovation, crafting intuitive interfaces that simplify complex processes for our users.If you're excited by meaningful challenges and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment - help us pave the road to the future at 1Spatial.You will:Collaborate with Product Managers and Development teams to turn complex requirements into designs which deliver great user experienceContribute to 1Spatial's UI/UX design standards and ensure their consistent application across our productsCreate and maintain design assets including wireframes and interactive prototypesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product managers within an Agile environmentDevelop and uphold design standards and brand guidelines by collaborating with othersRequired skills and experience:Proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD or similar tools for UI design and prototypingUnderstanding of user-centred design principles and methodologiesExpert knowledge of visual design fundamentals (typography, colour theory, layout)Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypesExperience working with design systems & component librariesDesired skills and experience:Experience conducting user research and usability testingSkilled in applying research and feedback to inform design decisionsExperience designing web applicationsExperience or interest in Geospatial or Map based productsWe are a global leader in geospatial data management and software solutions.
