Contract Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts that meet the needs of our business.
Job Responsibilities:
* Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients and suppliers
* Managing multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective contract solutions
* Monitoring and advising on contractual obligations, including revisions to existing contracts
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience in contract administration
* Minimum 2 years full-time experience in contract administration
* Strong understanding of contract law and legal requirements
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously
* Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
