Temporary Receptionist/Admin Assistant - Office All-Rounder (Maternity Leave Contract)
Position Type: Full-Time (Temporary, Maximum term - July 2026)
Location: Gold Coast Marine Precinct - Coomera
We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Receptionist/Office All-Rounder for an immediate start to join our team on a Temporary Maternity Leave Contract, with a minimum duration of January 2026 and maximum term extending to July 2026. If you have strong communication skills, are comfortable working across a variety of administrative tasks and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Handling emails, managing calendars, and providing general office support.
* MYOB Experience: Assist with basic financial transactions and record keeping.
* Customer Interaction: Answering phone calls with a friendly and professional manner, assisting clients or directing inquiries as needed.
* Stock Management: Use company vehicles for collection and delivery of stock, ensuring timely and safe transport.
* General Office Duties: Light cleaning and maintaining a tidy and organised work environment.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Good Communication Skills: Able to interact with customers, staff, and suppliers in a professional and approachable manner.
* Administrative Proficiency: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage emails, appointments, and various administrative tasks.
* MYOB & Software: Experience with MYOB, Microsoft Excel, and Word is essential.
* Reliability & Dependability: We're looking for someone who is punctual and consistent in their work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Customer-Focused Attitude: Always ready to help and represent the company in a friendly, professional way.
Additional Requirements:
* A valid driver's license and the ability to use company vehicles for stock collection/delivery.
* Ability to manage light office cleaning duties.
