Clinical Manager Role
We are seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical team. As a Clinical Manager, you will provide leadership and coordination in managing staff and ensuring sound care provisions.
* Clinical oversight of the facility, including all clinical reporting and documentation
* Focussing on staff development to ensure they are skilled and competent
* Managing documentation of resident care needs from initial admission, assessments to care plan development and regular reviews
* Ensuring effective medication management and systems
* Staff training and ongoing support to care staff
* Compliance with Aged Care Accreditation Standards in consultation with Managers and Care team
The successful candidate will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and Gerontology Nursing Certificate and/or Dementia Care Certificate highly regarded
* Previous experience in a clinical environment, preferably in management
* You will be confident and competent in providing high-quality care provisions
* Demonstrated history of successfully leading and mentoring staff
* Proactive approach in time management and achieving results
* Strong working knowledge of care protocols
* Proven track record in meeting accreditation requirements
* Effective communication style
