Administration Officer Job Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to contribute to the local community by working as an Administration Officer. The role offers a great opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and commence immediately.

* As the Administration Officer, you'll be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

* Providing high-level customer support, efficiently handling enquiries, and escalating matters when necessary.
* Performing a range of general administration duties.
* Accurately documenting enquiries and customer service requests to corporate standards.
* Arranging postage of letters and ensuring all correspondence is filed correctly.
* Assisting with general meeting setup, including audio/visual equipment and refreshments.
* Minute taking for various meetings.
* Efficient diary management.
* Liaising effectively with internal stakeholders

About You:

* Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Essential Requirements:

* Current National Police Check (NPC).
* Availability to commence as soon as possible.
