Join the Crew That Keeps WA's Lobster Industry Moving
Geraldton Fishermen's Co-operative (GFC) isn't just a workplace—it's a community. Owned by fishermen, run for fishermen, and powered by people who care about the coast, the catch, and each other.
Since 1950, GFC has been the beating heart of Western Australia's lobster industry. We process and export the world's finest Western Rock Lobster, with around 70% of WA's commercial catch flowing through our supply chain. That makes us the largest rock lobster processor on the planet—and a proud contributor to the WA economy.
We support members, employees, licence holders, and families across 1,000 km of coastline. Now, we're looking for strong, safety-focused team players to help us deliver the goods.
What GFC Values
We live by the 7 Co-operative Principles, with a strong focus on member participation and community care. Our #1 value is Safety—for our people, our products, and our places.
We're looking for adaptable, reliable team members who share our commitment to:
* Working safely and respectfully
* Supporting each other through seasonal peaks
* Representing GFC with pride and professionalism
