* We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide level 1 and level 2 ICT support across the organisation, installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and networks. They will diagnose hardware and software issues, perform system upgrades, and provide technical support to end-users.

Responsibilities include administering and ensuring IT security and compliance in line with organisational standards, providing effective change management, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery.

Requirements

* Attainment of a Bachelor's or higher degree in an appropriate IT discipline.
">
">
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
">
">
* Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace products as well as popular software solutions for content production and manipulation, document management, project management, client relationship management, marketing and social media engagement.
">
">
* Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LANs, WANs etc) and server knowledge.
">
">
* Experience in deploying new PCs, printers and other office IT equipment.
">
">
* Experience with Active Directory management.
">
">
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
">
">
* Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines within a demanding work environment.

* Proficiency in spoken and written English.
