We are a fast-paced, for-purpose tech company tackling one of the world's biggest unaddressed problems: social isolation and loneliness for the most vulnerable. We are a lean, efficient team, and we are looking for a hungry and agile Account Executive who wants to do the best work of their career to help us scale our impact.

If you love a challenge and love learning, you will develop here at an accelerated pace. Because we are a flat and fast-moving team, you will be exposed to more challenges in a year here than you would in a decade in a structured corporate environment.
Direct Mentorship & High Accountability
You will report directly to the Founders, receiving hands-on coaching and feedback. We don't have layers of management or red tape; we have high standards and a "do-whatever-it-takes" culture. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid of a challenge and is eager to learn and contribute to growing a fast-moving tech business.
What you'll be doing:
* Growth and Revenue:
You'll proactively grow revenue within current accounts and convert incoming leads - hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Building Relationships:
You are a natural people person. You'll hold meetings with teams and senior leaders in partner organisations, building deep trust and identifying new opportunities.
* Hands-on Problem Solving:
You aren't here to delegate. When a service issue arises, you own it, dive in, solve it, and improve the process yourself.
* Agile BD:
You'll deliver presentations and create your own sales collateral and tools as needed. We are lean—if we don't have it, you'll help build it.
* Mastering Ambiguity:
You pick up new tools and processes quickly and are comfortable making things happen without a step-by-step manual.
Who you are:
* 2–4 Years Experience:
You've cut your teeth in Sales, Customer Support, or as an Accountant assistant or executive, speaking to customers and partners and you're ready for a more autonomous role.
* A Natural Connector:
You have a natural warmth, confidence, and charisma that makes people instantly want to work with you. You can hold your own with senior executives and team members alike.
* Hungry & Coachable:
You have a massive appetite for professional development. You take feedback well and apply it immediately.
* A "Fixer" & Hustler:
You don't wait for permission or resources. You are an autonomous self-starter who sees a gap and fills it.
* Impact-Driven:
You are genuinely passionate about our mission to end loneliness and social isolation.
